Island Lake Mobile Home Park of Hamilton, Ohio acquired $795,000 in permanent mortgage financing on January 15, 2016 on its 120 home sites. The loan was funded through our small loan program with capped closing costs, a flexible prepayment penalty and a cash out refinance.
An undisclosed Mobile Home Park in the midwest secured over $8,000,000 with a 4.45% long term fixed rate; this January 2016 loan was obtained for a repeat client.
