Security Mortgage Group is proud to announce two mortgage closings in Georgia and Illinois in January and February of 2010. A total of 474 sites were served in this financing.
In Augusta, Georgia on January 21, Castle Pines MH Community secured $3,000,000 in refinancing for its 295 home sites. An extra line of credit was also obtained.
Bissell Village MH Community closed on $1,300,000 in refinancing on February 9, 2010. The Springfield, IL community has 147 MH sites and 32 RV sites.
