Financing totaling $4,450,000 was obtained for an Evansville, Indiana self storage portfolio. Pollack Avenue Mini Storage refinanced its 509 units. Eastland Storage and St. George Storage obtained acquisition financing for their 460 and 205-unit facilities, respectively. All three facilities are registered under one LLC; the lender did not require separate LLCs for each property.
