Security Mortgage Group is proud to announce the closings of three new loans in August and September of 2010. The communities that obtained the financing are located in Florida, Georgia, and Tennessee.
Silver Oaks MH Community of Ocala, Florida obtained refinancing on September 1, 2010 of $2,500,000 for its 141 home sites.
On August 30, 2010, Raes Creek MH Park and Rocky Creek MH Park of Augusta, Georgia closed on $2,000,000 in refinancing. The two communities have a total of 300 home sites.
Kingsway Green MH Community secured $600,000 in small loan refinancing on August 11, 2010. The 185-site community is located in Memphis, TN.
