Recently, Anthony J. DiMarco, Managing Director, secured non-recourse acquisition financing of $2,260,000 for a repeat client. The 163-site Hi-Vue Estates Mobile Home Park is located in Sartell, MN and the loan features a long-term fixed rate.

In January, the other Managing Director, Gerard D. DiMarco, Jr. helped negotiate refinancing for a repeat client with a long term fixed rate loan of $4,000,000. The 97-site Ridgewood Mobile Home Park is located in Lakewood, CO.

Gerard also secured a $14,200,000 non-recourse acquisition loan for repeat client. The 1,000 site Clinton Mobile Home Community, located in Clinton Township, MI includes amenities such as a clubhouse, swimming pool, playground, fitness center and RV storage.

Finally, Gerard recently secured a $6,400,000 acquisition loan for the 338-site Imperial MHC in Lexington, KY. The non-recourse loan features a 30-year amortization and a long-term fixed rate.
