Security Mortgage Group, a national award-winning MH Community lending broker, is pleased to have recently provided $7,300,000 in financing for several properties nationwide in August 2013.
Anthony J. DiMarco, Managing Director, recently secured a $2,700,000 non-recourse loan for a repeat client of Security Mortgage Group. The 235-site Glenwood Village Mobile Home Community is located in Ashtabula, Ohio.
Also in early August, the other Managing Director, Gerard D. DiMarco, Jr. helped negotiate long-term fixed rate refinancing for a repeat client with a non-recourse loan of $4,600,000. The 96 unit River Bend Apartments in Madison, Wisconsin features amenities that include a fitness center, pool, and in-unit laundry.
Additionally, Security Mortgage Group is pleased to announce that Pierce Redmond, an analyst & mortgage broker, whom has been with the firm since 2004, has been promoted to Vice President. Redmond will oversee the small loan program and continue to work directly with Anthony DiMarco and Gerard DiMarco Jr.
