Gerard D. DiMarco, Jr. secured commercial mortgage financing totaling $53,650,000 for a 5-property RV park portfolio on September 26, 2006. The portfolio includes Wagon Wheel RV Resort of Maine, Lake George Family RV Resort of New York, Indian Creek RV Resort of Ohio, Lake Laurie Campground of New Jersey, and one other RV park.
