Anthony DiMarco, Managing Director, secured financing for several separate manufactured home community owners. A non-recourse long- term fixed rate loan of $13,500,000 was secured on the 565-site Autumn Lake Pointe MHC in Louisville, KY for a repeat client. Amenities include a playground and walking trails for the tenants.
Anthony also recently helped negotiate financing for a repeat client with a $2,100,000 non-recourse loan. The 159-site Paradise Valley MHP is located in Conover, NC. In addition, for the same client, Anthony also secured financing for the 97-site Azalea Gardens MHP in Baker, LA and the 158-site Royal Oaks MHC in Little Rock, AR. The non-recourse $1,400,000 and $1,475,000 loans featured competitive long-term fixed rates.
Gerard D. DiMarco, Jr. and Pierce Redmond helped negotiate long-term fixed rate financing for a 140 site Mobile Home Park in New Braunfels, TX with a non-recourse loan of $2,500,000. The park features a newly revamped infrastructure and common areas for the tenants.
