Anthony DiMarco, Managing Director, recently provided financing for two separate manufactured home community owners. A loan of $2,500,000.00 was secured for the150-site Creek & Pines MHC in Ballston Spa, New York. Anthony also secured a loan of $7,830,000.00 for repeat client Pinewood MHC with 352 sites in Tomball, Texas. Both loans were non-recourse and featured long-term fixed rates.
Pierce Redmond helped negotiate the financing for 121-site Shadow Hills RV Resort in Indio, California with a $2,605,000.00 loan. This loan also featured an attractive long-term fixed rate.
