Security Mortgage Group is proud to announce the closings of three refinancings in June and July of 2010. The income properties that obtained the financing are located in Florida, Ohio, and Texas.
Biddulph Shopping Center of Cleveland, Ohio obtained $3,800,000 in permanent mortgage financing on June 30, 2010. The facility has 208,420 square feet of space. A line of credit was also obtained for the client.
Scenic Valley MH Community refinanced its 91 home sites, located in Kerrville, TX, on July 8 for $1,890,000. The loan was structured with a 10 year term and a 30 year amortization.
Finally, Ocean Breeze Park West of Marathon, Florida obtained refinancing of $773,276 on June 29. This manufactured home park has 46 sites.
